RETURNS/EXCHANGE POLICY

1. Returns and Exchanges

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • Reverse Shipment Fee: A fee of ₹100 per item will be deducted from the refund amount as per our Fair Usage Policy.
  • Return Pickup Attempts: Return pickups will be attempted within 3-4 days from the date of the request. A maximum of two pickup attempts will be made.
  • Service Availability: Reverse pickup is subject to service availability in your area.

2. Refund Process

  • For COD Orders: Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 working days after the return pickup is completed.
  • For Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5-7working days after the return pickup is completed.
    • Note: A deduction of ₹100 per item will be made from the refund amount for returns.
    • Reward points, store credits, and shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

3. Conditions for Returns

  • Items must be in their original condition with intact tags.
  • Products that are visibly used, worn, or returned in poor condition will not qualify for a refund.

4. Refunds for Free Product Deals
Orders placed during promotional offers like BOGO (Buy 1 Get 1 Free) or other similar deals that include free products are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

5. Self-Shipping for Returns
If reverse pickup services are unavailable in your area, you’ll need to ship the product(s) to the following address:

Shipping Instructions:

  • Pack the items securely to prevent loss or damage during transit.
  • Include your Order ID and registered mobile number on the package.
  • Ensure all items are in unused condition with tags and packaging intact.

Reimbursement:

  • For prepaid orders, the full amount minus ₹100 per item (towards return charges) will be refunded to your bank account.
  • For COD orders, the refund will be credited to your original payment method after deducting ₹100 per item (towards return charges).

6. Size Exchange

  • Eligibility for Size Exchange:
    • Size exchanges are allowed within 7 days from the date of receipt.
    • The product must not be washed, worn, or altered.
    • The product should be returned with its original price tag, packaging bag, and label.
  • Exchange Process:
    • Visit "Returns & Exchange" and follow the instructions to initiate a size exchange.
    • A ₹100 charge will be applied for the exchange.
    • Upon receiving your exchange request, we will arrange for a pickup within 3 to 5 days.
    • After receiving the item, a quality check will be conducted within 5-7 days.
    • Your exchange item will be dispatched within 7 days of receiving the original piece.
  • Exchange Limitations:
    • Each order qualifies for a single exchange.
    • An exchanged item cannot be returned or exchanged again, except in exceptional circumstances for an additional charge.

7. Terms and Conditions

·       Refunds and exchanges are only valid within 7 days.

·       The customer is responsible for providing accurate bank account details for refunds. Fithub Fashion is not liable for errors in the provided details.

·       If you’ve received a delivery confirmation but haven’t received the package, report it within 24 hours.

8. Reporting Damages
If the product does not meet standards at delivery, notify us within 1 day via:

Upon receiving the returned product, our team will inspect it and notify you about the refund eligibility. Refunds are processed within 5-7 working days from confirmation.
